Goal

Unifying fragmented university portals into one mobile hub for students.

Insight

Student interviews confirmed portal fatigue: three to four mobile-hostile websites daily, with crucial deadlines drowning in administrative clutter.

Approach

A "zero fluff" IA strips away everything students never use. The modular "Today" dashboard surfaces classes, deadlines, and news in one glance; a single academic hub consolidates grades, registration, and schedules; and a push-enabled notification center guarantees nothing important gets buried again.

Outcome

A zero-learning-curve hub that replaces the portal juggle. Next: cafeteria payments and a peer-to-peer textbook marketplace.
