VitaWealth
Motivating sedentary government officials to build lasting daily movement habits.
Challenge
Past health initiatives failed because they demanded drastic, unsustainable change — and the new app had to balance a points economy with a social community without cluttering the UI.
Insight
Behavioral data from failed campaigns showed two traps: broad "get healthy" goals crush motivation without short-term milestones, and rewarding social activity turns community into performance.
Approach
The entire loop centers on the lowest-barrier habit there is — daily walking. AI adjusts each day's step goal from past behavior, hitting goals earns SP points, streaks multiply them, and a familiar gift-shop marketplace makes points feel real. The community deliberately earns nothing: with no points attached, groups and events stay genuinely social. A minimal atomic design system keeps it all scalable.
