RouteLink
Redesigning a legacy bus-booking app for accessibility and a leaner architecture.
Insight
A UX audit found dead weight and strain everywhere: "News" and "Coupon" tabs sat empty, and the brand's bright yellow dissolved into white backgrounds outdoors, exactly where travelers use the app.

Approach
The bottom navigation went from five tabs to three — Home, Bookings, Profile. The redundant News page was deleted outright, promotions moved to a high-visibility slider on Home, saved coupons found a logical home in Profile, and the brand yellow was re-tuned in tone and saturation until it passed WCAG contrast without losing its identity.

Outcome
The architecture finally matches how the business actually operates — no dead ends, promos where people look, and a brand color that survives sunlight.
